Delete Your Account

You can request complete deletion of your Redible account and all associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Cancel your subscription first (if you have Redible Premium). Open your device's subscription settings — App Store or Google Play — and cancel the Redible subscription. Account deletion is not available while a subscription is active, to protect you from continued charges.
2. From the app: Open Redible → Profile → Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps. Your account and data will be deleted immediately.
3. By email: If you can't access the app, send a request to support@redible.co from the email address associated with your account. Include "Delete my account" in the subject line. We will process your request within 7 days.

Why do I need to cancel my subscription first? Neither Apple nor Google allow us to cancel subscriptions on your behalf. If we deleted your account while a subscription is active, you would continue to be charged with no way to contact us. Cancelling first ensures you won't be billed after deletion.

Offline audio files are stored on your device only. Uninstall the app to remove them.
